This is the aforementioned “hops aroma.” I won’t lie. Largely onboard with the project up until this point, I found it a little off-putting that the addition of my favouirte beer ingredient had been reduced to a neon tube of green liquid resembling a Christmas light. I was slightly tempted to try this on its own to see what pure hop aroma secret green liquid tasted like, but I did not. I added this green liquid to the pilsner and another green vial to the IPA.
